What equipment is needed for Wigi Wireless internet access?
The wireless equipment necessary to establish a Wigi Wireless internet connection will be leased to you.  Wigi Wireless will retain ownership of all such equipment during use of our services and will pick up all said equipment upon cancellation of our services.

What equipment will I need to supply at time of installation?
In order for our company to complete your installation, you will need to have a working computer with a network card.  If you wish to connect a laptop or any other wireless device within your home, you will also need to supply a wireless router.

What other conditions for service apply?
In order to connect to our wireless services, a clear line of sight with no obstructions of any kind to our service location from where your radio will be mounted is necessary.  Not all locations are suitable for wireless access.  You are required to keep the POE plugged into an operating power outlet at all times.  A deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of installation in the form of a check, Money Order, debit card, or credit card.  No cash will be accepted for payment.

What if I want a faster service plan?
The process for upgrading to a faster service plan is quite simple.  We modify your account to reflect the desired speed increase with a simple software change on our end to increase your connection speed.  No change in equipment is necessary.  We don't have to visit your location and you don't have to make any changes to your computer or network settings.

Can I run a server on my Wigi Wireless internet service?
Use of this service to connect to or to host a Peer-2-Peer network for illegal sharing of copyrighted material is expressly prohibited.  If you have needs that would violate the ordinary terms of use of this service, please contact a Wigi Wireless employee to discuss your requirements.
